Return Policy

We have a 20 day return policy, which means you have 20 days after receiving your item to request a return. Damages must be reported with in 2 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned. Returns can be made within 20 days of receiving your order. We unfortunately cannot keep up with demand of exchanging but we do accept the item back if meets requirements for store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

• Return item via shipping carrier of your choice. Return shipping is solely the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking information for your record. We are not responsible for lost or damaged merchandise while in transit.

Unfortunately Sale items or Mystery Boxes cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.

*Gift cards are non-refunded.
